| How To Book The Hall And It's Facilities Check the availability by clicking on the button at top right. Enter your personal details, then complete the details for the booking request. ANY BOOKING REQUIREMENTS OUITSIDE OF NORMAL OPENING HOURS MONDAY TO FRIDAY FROM 1800-2200 MUST BE COMPLETED VIA TELEPHONE ON - 02871 880692. The System will not accept your booking request unless all the details are filled in.Once the form is completed, press the 'Submit' button and the system will check what you have entered If everything you have entered is OK, you will be asked to check the accuracy of your data. If you are happy with the data you have entered, you will be asked to 'Submit' it to the database where the System will check if the booking you have requested is available. If you are successful, the booking will be displayed on the screen together with any charges due. The booking should be paid for at the hall within 72 hours of the booking being made. If the booking is not paid for within this time period, it will automatically be cancelled. |
